Soror Adrienne Unae (dozier) Biography

Soror Adrienne Unae Dozier, an active and financial member of Eta Nu Sigma, Brooklyn/Queens Alumnae Chapter as well as a member of the Northeast Region’s Membership Committee including that of Public and Community Relations Committee. She was inducted into the sisterhood of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated at University of South Florida’s Theta Upsilon Chapter on December 9, 1988. In her early Sigma years she was pivotal in increasing her undergraduate chapter’s membership, located on a predominately white campus, by 1300%. This, in a two year time frame all while simultaneously serving as the NPHC President and birthing her son alone. In her first alumnae chapter, Delta Upsilon Sigma, she helped to saturate Sigma’s, known now as SGRho’s, external environment with Sigma branding by bringing efficiently, effectively executed strategy to the chapter’s routine programming, hence fiscal solvency. She was named Soror Of The Year twice. Regarding her scholarly accomplishment, she has received the following degrees: B.A. in Dance, M.Min. in Ministry, ThD in Religious Dance and an MBA. Amidst the scholarly accomplishment, her now 22 year old son Rahmeaun, known as Rhomeo, is a graduating Senior scholarship student at University of The Arts in Philadelphia.

Soror Adrienne Unae Dozier is founder of both Midtown Manhattan based companies ButcherMark Financial Advisors and The BondFactor Company. This start-up venture began with an idea in one office with three staff, during the Fall 2008 National financial crisis. The firm is now 25 staff strong with her personally and single handedly having managed just under, since 4th Quarter 2008, $12MM of the firm's dollars, never experiencing financial challenge. She has overseen her firm’s history archival protocol and has led the branding initiative team to develop an intellectually sound, technologically savvy, external environment specific and soon to be revealed trademark and brand. In addition to that, she is one of the producers for the successfully branded, financially sound, currently running Broadway musical Godspell. Also, she serves as Worship Arts Pastor at Jesus Saves Ministries in Bridgeport, CT. Soror is not only a proven leader but is that of a servant-leader.
